FAQ

What if the SMS never arrives?

The order stays in waiting. After 2 minutes without a code you can cancel for a refund; after 20 minutes the system refunds automatically. Once a code arrives, cancel is disabled.

Can I cancel early while waiting?

Not in the first 2 minutes. After 2 minutes you may cancel. If a code already arrived, cancel and refund are not allowed.

Why is the price the same for every country?

Each platform service has one operator-set sale price. Country only changes inventory and the number you receive — not the listed price.
