When you register or sign in, we store the account details needed to provide the service, such as an email address, a phone number, or the identifier returned by a third-party login, along with your session.

After you order, we store the service, country, allocated phone number, SMS verification code, price, order status, and timestamps. This is what lets the page show the number and the code, and what we use to handle cancellation and refunds.

Your balance, top-ups, and refunds stay on your account. Card details are processed by Stripe. We do not store the full card number on our servers. We do keep the top-up amount, any fee, the payment status, and the transaction identifiers Stripe provides, so we can credit your wallet and reconcile payments.

We store technical details needed to run the service, such as your language preference. If a request includes a country derived from the network, we use it only to hide services that are not offered for that country. We do not sell that information.

We do not sell your personal data. To allocate a number, the related order details are sent to the upstream SMS provider. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to investigate abuse or fraud.

Orders and wallet records remain on the account so you can review them and so we can handle support. You can delete your account from account settings. After deletion you can no longer access that account's orders or balance, except for records we are required to keep.
