GetSMSHub provides temporary virtual numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. You can browse services and prices first. Ordering requires you to sign in, and the fee is deducted from your wallet balance.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for orders and balance changes on the account. We may restrict the account or freeze the wallet if we find abuse, fraud, or a payment dispute.

The price shown on the page is the unified sale price for that service. You confirm it before ordering. Changing country does not change that listed price. The wallet is denominated in US dollars and is topped up with Stripe. Balance is used for verification orders on this platform.

A top-up refund goes back to the original payment method. Whether a collected payment fee is returned follows the rule shown at the time of the top-up. An order refund goes back to the wallet, not directly to the card.

You cannot cancel during the first 2 minutes after a number is issued. After 2 minutes with no verification code, you can request a new number, or cancel the order and return the fee to your wallet. An order that has already received a code cannot be canceled or refunded. If no code arrives within 20 minutes, the fee returns to the wallet automatically.

If a number cannot be allocated, the charge is released. If the supplier price has changed, you need to confirm the new price before ordering.

Do not use a number for anything illegal, for fraud, harassment, or spam, or to attack this service or an upstream provider. You are responsible for following the rules of the app that sends the code. We do not guarantee that a particular app will send a code to the number.

We may update these terms. The updated text is published on this page, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update. Questions about these terms can be sent to the official email on this page.
